AGENT PROFILE |
|
| |
| | Experience | I have been a California licensed Realtor since 1997 and have been a trainer for new agents since 1998. Prior to that I was editor of a real estate trade magazine headquartered in Newport Beach, California.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Washington State University Environmental Sciences, concentrating on Planning. While I never worked in that field, I did serve for three and a half years as chairman of the Planning Commission for the City of Avalon.
My education and experience has given me a good background to sell real estate. I have a keen understanding of the governmental processes and social trends that affect real estate sales and marketing. |
| | Personal | I was born in Los Angeles and have lived almost exclusively in Los Angeles County except for three years in Cincinnati, Ohio, and nearly 12 years on Santa Catalina Island. I have lived in Long Beach since 1995.
Married since 1974, my wife, Kay, and I have two grown children who are the pride of our lives. |
